This applies to key sectors such as automobiles, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also agreed on a &#039;zero for zero&#039; tariff on a number of strategic goods. This includes all aircraft and their components, some chemicals, equipment for semiconductor production, certain agricultural goods, natural resources, and critical raw materials,\u201d European Commission President added.<\/p>\n<p>According to her, the EU continues to rely heavily on Russian hydrocarbons, but Europe intends to phase out these imports completely by 2027.
