In a moment now melting hearts online, Milo is seen beaming as he excitedly clutches a yellow fourth-place ribbon. Standing at his feet is Teddy Bear, the black-and-white goat who earned the honor. Overwhelmed with joy and pride, Milo bends down to wrap him in a congratulatory hug and pepper his forehead with kisses.<\/p>\n
The video, captured in June and shared by the Instagram account @laechelinfarms, has since gone viral, racking up more than 460,000 likes and a trove of comments.<\/p>\n

In an Aug. 11 interview with "NBC Nightly News" anchor Tom Llamas, Milo's mom, Elizabeth Garza, explained that her son was filling in for his older brother when Teddy Bear earned the ribbon at the local competition.<\/p>\n
"It was a raw emotion," Elizabeth Garza explained.<\/p>\n
"It was something totally unexpected," she added, explaining that his reaction perfectly reflected "the love that he has for his goats."<\/p>\n
Milo, whom Elizabeth Garza describes as a "goat lover," comes from a family of goat farmers.<\/p>\n
"We feed them and we work them, and we walk them, we give them water," Milo shared with Llamas of his family's role on the farm.<\/p>\n
"He goes outside and he's constantly kissing the goats, loving on the goats, hugging them," she explained. "They're pets to him. And he just, he can't get enough of them."<\/p>\n
Asked by Llamas what made Teddy Bear stand out at the competition, Milo's response was as pure and simple as his affection for the goat.<\/p>\n
"His legs," Milo replied.<\/p>\n
"What about his legs?" Llamas followed up.<\/p>\n
