Built in 2016, the home sits on nearly 4 gated acres near Grapevine Lake. It has eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three partial baths. Listing agent Michael Hershenberg told The Dallas Morning News last year that the property is like \u201chaving your own resort.\u201d<\/p>\n

It was built in 2024 as part of a complete remodel, and the soundproof music room was designed for Dolby Atmos 3D audio. Hershenberg previously told The News it\u2019s almost one of a kind.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe (people who designed the studio) said it\u2019s only one of a few studios in the country like this,\u201d said Hershenberg, the founder and CEO of Southlake-based agency the Hershenberg Group. \u201c(This), the one at Apple and there\u2019s another at Capitol Records and Netflix. \u2026You can hear things that you couldn\u2019t have heard before.\u201d<\/p>\n

The upstairs studio digitally connects to a performing stage in the basement, and the music room has even more possibilities, he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt (could) be a viewing room to go and mix and master a film that\u2019s getting ready to hit the big screen,\u201d Hershenberg said. \u201cWe are designing a drop-down screen that would kind of allow it to be both a convertible music production studio and a private viewing area.\u201d<\/p>\n
The audio upgrades make sense. Music producer and engineer Dirk Ulrich is the current owner. He and his wife purchased the home in May 2023, according to Tarrant County deed records. Ulrich, a producer and mix\/mastering engineer, founded BrainWorx and Plugin Alliance.<\/p>\n
Other features include a full downstairs gym, bowling alley, indoor jump house and an open bar.<\/p>\n

The backyard pool looks like one structure at first glance, but it is divided into two \u2014 a main pool and a deep diving pool. The nearly 30-foot-deep diving pool features a waterslide and a diving board. <\/p>\n
